The Rehtra Waterfall is located in Kaimenos, south of Panasos and southwest of the site believed to have been the location of ancient Assos. The area features numerous climbing sectors, with Latomio being the largest. Climbing routes in Latomio range in difficulty from 6a to 7c+.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Approach<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
\n
\n

From Heraklion, take the main road to Moires, then pass through Plora and follow the road to Rehtra\u2019s Waterfall. Keep the waterfall on your left and continue to the first parking area (34.996981, 24.945837). If you have a high-clearance vehicle and can drive on a dirt road, you can park at the second lot next to the sector (34.997733, 24.947282). Otherwise, walk from the first parking to the second. From there, it\u2019s a 1-minute walk to the sector: go uphill, pass through the fence, and continue straight. The sector is mostly in the shade until 14:00 in summer.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
